The belt of skulls around her waist symbolised savagery and the cannibalism practised by her cult. Kali is a goddess with a long and complex history in Hinduism. Her earliest history as a creature of indiscriminate violence and wrath still has some influence, while more complex Tantric beliefs sometimes extend her role so far as to be the Ultimate Reality and Source of Being. Finally, the comparatively recent devotional movement largely conceives of Kali as a straightforwardly benevolent mother-goddess. Kali is associated with many devis (goddesses) as well as the deva (god) Shiva.

Kali is generally considered one of the consorts of Shiva. Her name seems to be a female version of the word 'kala' (Sanskrit for 'dark' or 'time'- time in this form being a euphemism for death); it also means Black Female, in contrast to her consort, Shiva, who is white. The goddesses that she is associated or identified with include Durga, Sati, Rudrani, Parvati, Chinnamastika, Chamunda, Kamakshi, Uma, Menakshi, Himavati, Kumari. These names, if repeated, are believed to give special power to the worshipper.

Sai Baba the avatar

Sai Baba of Shirdi is the most revered Saint who lived a century ago in a small village called Shirdi in the west central Indian province of the Indian Sub-continent, presently known as the state of Maharashtra, India. He is said to shine like the morning sun. Murugan is very powerful in reducing or removing the ill effects of kuja( mars), rahu and ketu planets in your horoscope

These six temples that constitute the Arupadai veedu group of shrines are:

1. The term padai veedu - in Tamil- means Battle camp. Aru padai veedu means six battle camps. The six places are believed to be six different battle camps of Lord Muruga. We find that interesting legends and puranas are associated with each of these temples of Kumara (Lord Muruga).

Lord Shiva

Lord Shiva is the third diety in the Hindu Triad (Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva). This tree is native to Indonesia (Java, Sumatra, and Timor), Malaysia, India, Burma, Borneo and Nepal. One source reports that most Rudraksha come from Indonesia. The Rudraksha seed is very hard and can last for years, even generations. Our Rudraksha come from the forest floors of Sumatra, Indonesia.

Medicinal Claims

A number of medicinal claims have been made for Rudraksha, including lower blood pressure and stress reduction. Most benefits are said to come from wearing Rudraksha or holding a Rudraskha seed in ones hand. In some regions, a Rudraksha is placed in water, which is then ingested (sans the seed). He has a speciality in His form that He helps the devotees or praying people and His dealing "appears" as a business deal.. We should understand His venkateswara form is to help in this kaliyug.. so, if you vow anything to him, and after attaining that goal, or benefit you have to visit Tirupathi and pay your vow. This helps almost all who keep faith in this practice.. Thats why so much crowd in tirupathi and daily revenue in hundis cross one crore rupees. Second type of Vow: This is called niluvu dopidi..means, utter burglery.. promissing to give away all the ornaments what ever are on the body at the time of taking this vow, if the desire or wish is fulfilled..drop all the ornaments in hundi. Tirupati venkateswara swamy or lord balaji likes this vow.
Tirukshavaram: tonsure, giving away our prestigious hair in tirupath kalyana katta and having His tiru namam on our forehead. This is a symbol for leaving the ego in his presence. Tirupati is very famous for this thiru kshavaram.
Fasting: This is also popular for decades and centuries to win Lord Balaji grace. Every saturday, you should take head bath, pray to him properly and do not touch non vegitarian or do not eat normal rice or your staple diet in the night. Fasting is far better. This wins His grace and you can attain your goal.
Japa: Always reciting his powerful name either "govinda" or "namo venkatesaya". The second mantra was declared powerful by great devotee annmayya.
Other sevas for srivaru: going by walk to the temple from foot of hills (alipiri); some devotees smear turmeric and kumkum to every step of the seven hills. Some also light campher at each step because each step also is soo powerful in Tirupathi

Lord Balaji in tirupathi

To know thyself properly , some of the common principles should be understood clearly. These common things will be complicated when analyze to understand. For example , great gurus, teachers say that you can not do business with God, or can not have a deal with God that you will offer some portion of your unexpected profits to him if He helps you. They strongly discourage this habit and they say it is foolishness to offer that way. But if you see in daily life, the pilgrims and devotees to Tirupathi balaji (Lord venkateswara) are increasing day by day by hundreds and the offerings to Lord venkateswara is raising millions by millions. No other God or temple in the world is getting that much income as Lord Venkateswara do,for the past hundred years. The reason is this: Tirupathi (tirupati) balaji is very famous as aapada mokkula vadu, vaddi kasula vadu, which means that he is the lord who hears to help you in misfortunes, Lord Venkateswara is the lord who likes to take interest, money as a tribute for his help. Normal pundits, normal preachers can not explain how god takes money from devotees. But the cosmic creation is such a wonderful thing that there are many places which human pundits can not explain.
Lord Venkateswara Speciality
Lord venkateswara has taken loan from the god of riches kubera so much money for his marriage and pledged that he would be paying off the interest on the loan from the collections of tirupati temple. So, if you pray to Him that you will offer some portion of the money from the doubtful deal , you may get it in such a way that it was possible only through his help and grace. So the devotee , who got such a benefit come and secretly drops millions of money in the donation box. This became a regular feature which became common to common man. But, we have to analyze and learn some thing from this. Though religious gurus say this is not possible, Lord venkateswara, or Tirupathi balaji likes to help his devotees in their business deals . This is possible only through the form of Lord venkateswara of Tirupathi and he is pleased when they visit Him and pay off his portion. No body can command God to be like this way or that way. We have to observe what is happening around and learn about His ways. This balaji temple is in Tirupathi, andhra pradesh, India. It is Vatican city of Hindu religion.

Lord Venkateswara The God

Lord Venkateswara is the Lord for this kali yug.
